Today’s Audience: A Moving Target
with Brent Friedman of Electric Farm Entertainment

In the rapidly evolving media landscape, most professionals are focused on new iterations of technology, platforms and even content forms. But there is an equally important variable to consider: the audience. To fully understand the opportunities and challenges of engaging today’s audience on any platform, one must consider important questions such as: How have general viewing habits changed in the last 5-10 years? Are there different audience compulsions for every media form? What has interactivity done to audience expectations? And what media are audiences actually willing to pay for?

Armed with a better understanding of contemporary audiences, media professionals can deliver more personalized, meaningful content experiences that will better help them reach – and hold – their target demo.
